MAVERIC CORP – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting MAVERIC CORP. Because we’re a small, made-to-order operation, we keep this policy simple and direct.
US Orders Only
MAVERIC CORP currently only sells and ships within the United States.
- We do not ship internationally.
- Orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping address may be canceled and refunded before fulfillment.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- General wear and tear after use
Please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.
Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items Only
We will make it right if:
- Your item arrives defective or damaged, or
- You receive the wrong item
In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at j5@mavericorp.com with:
1. Your full name and order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packing slip
If your claim is approved, we will either:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
The option we choose will depend on stock availability and the specific situation.
Note: Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving instructions will not be accepted.
Return Shipping for Approved Cases
If we authorize a return for a defective or incorrect item:
- We will provide a return shipping label and instructions
- The item must be sent back in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging when possible
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm whether the replacement or refund is approved.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or clearance items
- Orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery (even if defective, unless required by law)
Gift Cards
MAVERIC CORP does not offer gift cards at this time.
No physical or digital gift cards are available for purchase.
Refund Timing (Approved Cases Only)
If a refund is approved:
- We’ll process it to your original payment method
- This typically happens within 10 business days after we confirm the refund
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
